WTO trade policy review
Trade liberalization and economic reform have shown significant signs of success in Mozambique since the late 1980s and accelerated after the end of the civil war in 1992, according to a new WTO report on the trade policies of Mozambique. The country's GDP growth has been among the highest in the world since 1996; the economy has grown at over 10% a year over the past few years and fast growth is forecast through 2002, says the report.r
