As it is a member of the European Union, Poland applies the Community regulations which are valid throughout the Union.
Poland uses the Harmonized System of Classification. Depending on on the country that is being imported from (WTO member, developing nation or bilateral trade agreement partner), products are divided accordingly.
Tariffs range from 0% to nearly 400%. In addition, all goods are subject to a 5% import tax, an excise tax on luxury items, and a value-added tax of 0%, 3%, 7%, or 22%, depending on the commodity. Source: Nations Encyclopedia

The Tariff Browser is maintained by the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finances within the framework of the Integrated Customs Tariff Information System - ISZTAR2. The browser provides detailed information concerning the commodity tournover to the Customs Administration and to all interested in that issue. Both the EU data coming from the TARIC system and the Polish data (VAT and excise taxes), as well as some national non-tariff measures not integrated in the TARIC database, are presented in the browser.
